Peter Jackson has been tapped to create a new series of video games for Xbox 360 based on the Halo franchise. Jackson, who's also producing a movie based on Halo, said he's turning to video games because he's "getting a little bored with films." |

Per the New York Daily News, Roger Hill, who played gangland idol Cyrus in 1979's The Warriors, has filed suit against the makers of the video-game adaptation, demanding $250,000 and a court order barring the use of his likeness. Take Two Interactive maintains it has "a valid third-party

Take Two Interactive has settled with the Federal Trade Commission over allegations that it hid sexual content in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The company promised to allow the game to be re-rated from mature to adult and to ensure future versions don't include the patch "Hot Coffee," which allowed viewers to download an oral sex scene. |

Gameloft played along by changing the game's official name to Paris Hilton Diamond Quest shortly thereafter. |
