Based on the best-selling J.K. Rowling novels. Super Bowl's Greatest Commercials Top 40 Countdown (CBS; ends at 8 PM)-Special. Jim Nantz hosts a countdown of the 40 most memorable commercials aired during the Super Bowl since the event began, with the top ad selected by viewers via the Internet. Among those commenting are Chevy Chase, Adam Carollla, Dan Marino, Boomer Esiason, Neil Patrick Harris, Shannon Sharpe, Kevin Nealon, Greg Gumbel, and Mighty Rasta. Cops (FOX; ends at 7:30 PM) 7:30 PM: Cops (FOX; ends at 8 PM)-Second new episode. 8 PM: America's Most Wanted: America Fights Back (FOX; ends at 9 PM) Hustle (AMC; ends at 9:15 PM)-The gang sets out to con an embittered, divorced businesswoman (guest star Tamzin Outhwaite), who turns the tables and gets them to set up her ex-husband (guest star Ben Miles.) 9 PM: 48 Hours Mystery (CBS; ends at 10 PM) 10:30 PM: Mad TV (FOX; ends at 11:30 PM)-Jaime Pressly (My Name is Earl) appears in a sketch titled My Name is Dubya, a new show that follows George W. Bush (Frank Caliendo) as he sets out to right all the wrongs from his past and the love that he lost, Hillary Clinton (Pressly.) 10:35 PM: Saturday Night Live (NBC; ends at 12:05 AM)-Steve Martin hosts for the 14th time (a SNL record; it's the first time in 11 1/2 years that he has hosted); Prince performs for the first time since 1981, which is the longest gap between appearances of any kind in show's history. Maya Rudolph returns to the show after being on maternity leave...and it would be cool if she did her Beyoncι Knowles character with the real Prince.
