Frailty Review By Scott Hastings 04/30/2002 Shawn McKenzie here... I'd like to welcome my first guest contributor to Entertain Your Brain! Scott Hastings is half of the team of the afternoon show on 850 KOA AM in Denver, CO called The Zoo with Dave & Scott. I haven't seen Frailty yet myself, but from what everyone has been saying, it is a great directorial debut for actor Bill Paxton. Scott is an avid movie fan, but he is not a geek like me, so he doesn't get as long-winded as I do (geeks tend to over-explain everything. As a matter of fact, this introduction is longer than his whole review!) Without any further ado, here's Scotty... Very well done movie that confuses the audience into believing
one thing when reality is the other. Half of the movie you're a bit bored
at the predictability, when all of a sudden the true meaning of the plot reveals
itself and you're left wondering if I missed anything that would have helped me
out a little. (Review taken from the Entertain Your Brain Message Board and edited by me.) Scott Hastings' rating for Frailty: 1/2 Check out the original score composed by Brian Tyler, including a few country songs by Johnny Cash and Dale Watson: Buy this album at Ratings System: SEE THIS MOVIE! Catch this movie at the theater if you can... Wait until it comes out on video... Wait until it plays on HBO, Showtime, Starz, etc... Demand your money back, even if you saw it for free! |
