Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a "global settlement on all issues of their marriage" after a marathon five-hour session with their attorneys Thursday, according to a spokesman for Federline's legal team. The terms of the settlement were not revealed, beyond that it covers child custody and financial matters, though sources told tmz.com that
Federline was sent packing with a scant $1 million in his pocket. Elton John has purchased a nearly $2.5 million high-rise apartment in West Hollywood's Sierra Towers. The singer's 20th-floor digs feature two bedrooms and two and a half baths in 1,831 square feet.
Usher's publicist finally confirmed Friday that he is engaged to his girlfriend, Tameka Foster...something that was known a month ago. The R&B star also beat his own rep to the announcement by revealing his impending matrimonial plans to MTV News on Wednesday.

Bono was crowned a Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire Thursday in an informal ceremony at the Dublin home of British Ambassador David Reddaway. After the event, the U2 frontman told reporters they had his permission to call him anything "except sir." The Smashing Pumpkins will play their first live show in six-and-a-half years in Paris on May 22, the band announced Wednesday. The Pumpkins will then continue their trek with dates across Europe in the summer, before continuing on to North America in the fall.
A Maryland man accused of stalking Michelle Branch was arrested at a Wreckers concert in Wisconsin this week after the singer spotted him in the crowd from the stage and stopped her performance in order to request that security check him out. Once the man was apprehended, Branch finished the show.

Black Eyed Peas member Taboo (a.k.a. Jaime Luis Gomez) was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana after colliding with another vehicle in Los Angeles Tuesday morning, police said. Anthony Lavato, lead singer of the defunct punk band Mest, was freed from jail in Los Angeles Tuesday after prosecutors declined to prosecute him for stabbing another man to death two days earlier, determining he had acted in self defense.
A judge has removed one of the trustees managing the estate of the late Celia Cruz from his position and is ordering him to account for any deals he made regarding the Queen of Salsa.
"E! News" has learned that Britney Spears paid dentist Dr. William Dorfman another visit Wednesday for a routine follow-up appointment to check on the painful molar that had Spears seeking treatment on Sunday. Dorfman's office happens to be adjacent to Century City Hospital, where the pop star's SUV was spotted.
A woman who has repeatedly claimed to be the mother of Michael Jackson's three children is renewing her efforts to have a say in the child custody settlement between Jackson and Debbie Rowe. In court documents filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Nona Paris Lola Jackson claims that the singer's marriage to Rowe was never consummated and that she delivered
his three children by "water birth," because she is "technically an herbalist." The London resident seeking shared physical custody of the singer's three children, as well as child support and the deed to Neverland Ranch.
Foxy Brown pled not guilty Wednesday to a pair of misdemeanor charges stemming from an alleged dustup at a beauty supply store in Florida and vowing to fight to prove her innocence. A judge issued an arrest warrant for the rapper last week after she failed to show up a court date. The warrant was later withdrawn after Brown's attorneys explained the arraignment
notice was mailed to an old address.

Wynonna Judd has filed for divorce from her estranged husband, D.R. Roach, citing irreconcilable differences. The move comes after Roach was arrested last week and charged with three counts of sexual assault against a minor, according to a statement on the country singer's Website. Kellie

After being denied a visa to enter Britain as part of his European tour with Diddy, Snoop Dogg is seeking to have the decision overturned so that his concert can go ahead as scheduled on Tuesday, his spokesperson said. The rapper's persona non grata status in the U.K. allegedly stems from his arrest at Heathrow Airport last year, after his posse was involved in a
