In reality TV news: Anh-Tuan "Cao Boi" Bui, a 42-year-old nail salon manager from Christianburg, VA from the Aitu tribe, and Cristina Coria, a 35-year-old police officer from Los Angeles, CA from the Raro tribe, were sent packing on CBS's "Survivor: Cook Islands" Thursday. Mexican federal
court has suspended its case against Duane "Dog" Chapman while more evidence is gathered. The "Dog the Bounty Hunter" star was arrested Sept. 14 in Honolulu along with his son and business partner on illegal detention and conspiracy charges related to their 2003 capture of a convicted rapist in Mexico, where it just so happens the Dog's brand of justice
is illegal.
CBS has ordered up a full season of the freshman legal drama "Shark." Star James Woods has said that this is one of the best projects he's ever worked on.
Bindi Irwin's documentary series for Discovery Kids has been put on hold for a year while the family's manager, John Stainton, completes a year-long vacation in the wake of his close friend Steve Irwin's death, Reuters reports. Stainton is denying speculation that "Bindi, the Jungle Girl" was pushed back due to concerns that the
eight-year-old girl was being exploited. The series had been scheduled to debut in January 2007.
A lawyer representing Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend, Larry Birkhead, who has filed a paternity suit claiming he is the father of Smith's infant daughter, is traveling to the Bahamas to depose Smith and Howard K. Stern...who also claims to have fathered the baby.

Wednesday, A.J. Stewart, a 20-year-old student from Sacramento, CA, became the fifth girl eliminated on the CW's "America's Next Top Model 7." Third on Wednnesday, Amy Hildreth, a 27-year-old from Baltimore, MD, was eliminated on NBC's "The Biggest Loser 3." She has lost 88 pounds since she left the ranch. 29-year-old chef and owner of New York Fork Meal Delivery Service in New York, was the first chef eliminated on Bravo's "Top Chef 2." anchor Bob Woodruff, severely injured in January by a roadside bomb while on assignment in Iraq, will return to prime-time next spring. The journalist will film an hour-long special report chronicling his brush with death in the Middle East and the long road to recovery he's been traveling since.

The Bahamian police are paying several visits to Anna Nicole Smith's waterfront home while continuing to investigate the death of her 20-year-old son, Daniel. It's unclear what the visits entailed; one official said he did not know whether investigators actually searched the premises.

In reality TV news: London Charles, a.k.a. Deelishis, a 26-year-old single mother from Michigan, was the winner Sunday of VH1's "Flavor of Love 2" over Tiffany Patterson, a.k.a. New York, who had been the runner-up in the first season.
Howard Stern made his satellite radio show available to non-Sirius subscribers again, if only briefly. The shock jock launched his first-ever Internet broadcast, which will be available free of charge Oct. 25-26 on Sirius.com as part of a promotion for the company's new Internet radio service.
ABC picked up "Brothers & Sisters" for a full season on Monday.
Just days after rekindling her friendship with Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton has made up with with Lindsay Lohan as well by spending the weekend with the actress in Las Vegas, where the duo holed up together in a pricey villa, Celebrity Week reports.
Bindi Irwin, the eight-year-old daughter of the late Steve Irwin, is currently filming her own nature series, "Bindi, the Jungle Girl," for the Discovery Kids network. The 26-part documentary is scheduled to debut in January 2007.
